Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
